Helpful Expressions in Hungarian | Navigate a new city with ease

Jó napot kívánok (hello in Hungarian)! I’ve put together a list of simple expressions you can use on your next trip to Hungary that should help you do most day to day activities. Because Hungarian is quite difficult and the pronunciation is on a whole other level, I’ve included the IPA spelling next to each word so that you can be understood :)

These are just the most basic expressions, nothing too complicated that could get you into trouble if you messed up the pronunciation:
