This program is designed to be simple and effective. Each workout is based around a foundational compound move such as the squat, deadlift, overhead press, and the push-up. Compound exercises encourage the body to move as it is designed to, while also increasing overall muscle mass. This means that you will be able to better perform daily tasks, strengthen your joints, and increase your lean body mass- all from three 15 minute workouts a week!
